Getting to us in Ko Chang, Thailand

Our base is on the island of Ko Chang, in the Gulf of Thailand. It is just 350km southeast of Bangkok; a short hop to the nearest domestic airport of Trat.

Flights

Bangkok Airways operates 3 flights per day to Trat. Flight time is one hour.

From Trat to Ko Chang

Trat airport is on the mainland, a short 15 drive to the ferry departure point for Ko Chang. Ferries run every 40 mins or so and take 30 mins.

Our home base on Ko Chang is in a quiet little village in the southern end of the island called Salak Phet. We can arrange a taxi or minibus to meet you at the airport and stay with you on the ferry, bringing you all the way to home base.

Places to stay en route

If you'd like to break your journey with an overnight en route - we'd recommend either a night in Bangkok, or at one of the resorts on Ko Chang. Trat is a fairly commercial town, not exactly top of the 'must-do' list for places to visit!
